From first sketch to first release.
A practical way to move from an interesting idea to something people can actually use.
Make the problem concrete
Describe one person, one situation and one outcome. That gives a project a useful boundary. A list of features can grow forever; a clear problem helps decide what belongs in the first release.
Prototype the difficult part
The most useful prototype answers a question. Can someone understand the navigation? Does the form ask for the right information? Test the uncertain part before polishing every corner.
Release, observe, improve
A first release is a starting point. Check the real flow on a phone, watch for confusing moments and fix the obstacles that matter most. Small, informed changes are often more useful than a complete redesign.
